Pietralata

 

From the vineyard of Pietralata we obtain Moscatello and Malvasia di Candia grapes, which is treated according to the Charmat method, yield a wine with a golden color and a slightlt sweet flavour.

The grapes are harvested from August to September.

Somewhat fizzy, it can be considered a demi-sec sparkling wine.

It has smell of rose petals, green pears and soft flavours of banana.

We suggest to drink with cakes, like the famous italian cake "Millefoglie".

Wine produced annually: 1,050 bottles of 0.750 litre-$20.00 Available October 2010
