Campolese
This wine comes from one of the most important areas
of the Chianti, the one around the ancient church of Santo Stefano a Campòli,
from which draws its origin.
It is put in french barriques of Allier for about 12/15
months and then aged in bottles for one year.
Campolese is the more elegant wine produced from our
winery: it has scents of red fruits and spices.
It can mature up to 10 years but we suggest to drink
it from the fourth year on.
Wine produced annually: 5,000 bottles
Serving temperature: 20-22 °C
Alcohol level: 13 - 13.5 degrees
