This is a Charmat-method sparkling wine made from Chardonnay (65%) and Grey Pinot (35%) grapes.
It is a straw yellow with green reflections.
Its bouquet is very subtle and intense.
It has smell of "acacia" flowers and green apple.
It can be aged up to five years.
