Chardonnay del Palagio
This is a white wine made only with 100% Chardonnay.
This wine is bottled in may, and we suggest to drink it in the first two
years.
It is fermented inside Steel containers under controlled
temperatures;
it has a strong bouquet which varies from harvest to harvest
… from very intense in hot summers to shades of banana
or green apple in cooler summers.
We suggest it as aperitif, with vegetable soups, fresh
cheese and fish.
Wine produced annually: 5,000 bottles
Serving temperature: 11-12°C
Alcohol level: 11.5-12.5 degrees
